We understand that every household is unique – and with that comes unique needs. That’s why we offer three different HVAC maintenance plan options – gold, silver, and bronze – so you can get exactly what you require based on your setup and budget.
Our maintenance plans offer a cost-effective way to keep a closer eye on your home’s safety and comfort levels. These inspections and tune-ups will keep your system on its best behavior, and when/if our technicians notice any sign of trouble, we’ll blow the whistle to alert you.
Our Plan Options
Gold Plan
Our Gold Plan starts at $35/month or $420/year. We add $30/month for each additional system. This plan is available for systems up to 16 SEER (Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio) that are in good working order.
What’s included?
- Guaranteed priority appointments
- 1 inspection between Sept. 1 and Nov. 15
- 1 inspection between Mar. 1 and May 1
- Year-round window for customer visit
- Low $45 diagnosis fee
- 20% discount on repairs (up to $600)
- Plan purchase credited to equipment replacement (up to $600)
- No charge repairs*
*excludes level 4 and above repairs – heat exchangers, compressors, condensers, evaporator coils, electronic motors, and refrigerant
Silver Plan
Our Silver Plan starts at $19/month or $210/year. We add $18/month for each additional system.
What’s included?
- Guaranteed priority appointments
- 1 inspection between Sept. 1 and Nov. 15
- 1 inspection between Mar. 1 and May 1
- Year-round window for customer visit
- Low $65 diagnosis fee
- 15% discount on repairs (up to $500)
- Plan purchase credited to equipment replacement (up to $500)
Bronze Plan
Our Bronze Plan starts at $15/month or $170/year. We add $12/month for each additional system.
What’s included?
- Guaranteed priority appointments
- 1 inspection between Sept. 1 and Nov. 15
- 1 inspection between Mar. 1 and May 1
- No extra charge after hour
- Low $85 diagnosis fee
- 10% discount on repairs (up to $400)
- Plan purchase credited to equipment replacement (up to $400)
