The techs arrived at the time as promised and provided notice they were on their way 20-30 minutes before. They cleaned the fireplace and chimney, while taking special care to protect the floors. At they end, they provided a detailed inspection report with pictures and details of everything that was performed. They were polite and knowledgeable. I will definitely use again!
